With over 19 years of experience at the IRS and subsequent ventures in tax and accounting software development, Buttonow's consultancy specializes in tax controversy and administration. He has led successful software developments for tax professionals and collaborated with major providers like H&R Block and Jackson Hewitt.

Genaro Cardaropoli, CPA, MPA
Genaro has over nine years of experience in public accounting in both large and small firm settings. He currently owns his own practice where he grew his own clientele and purchased a book of business. Genaro offers accounting, tax and consulting services in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Foos has nine years of tax preparation experience and is a partner of Foos Garvin Accounting, LLP in Ohio. He specializes in tax planning, business consulting, representation and assisting business owners select the best tax entity. He enjoys the personal focus on people, not just their business or return, but them as individuals.

Larry Gray, CPA
Gray, managing partner and owner of Alferman, Gray & Co, CPAs, LLC, directs his firm’s regional auditing, consulting and tax practice located in Rolla, Missouri. Though his firm is regional, Gray has done consulting and instructional work around the nation for well-known organizations like Microsoft and Intuit. Gray has been the government liaison for NATP for over 20 years. Additionally, he is a nationwide instructor who specializes in all areas of tax, business planning and estate/trust work.

William Hamilton
Hamilton is the Founder of SmartPath.co. He has pioneered modern pricing strategies with tax firm owners nationwide. She currently serves the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians as an officer in her division and county.

Brad Messner, EA, MBA
Messner has over 25 years of experience specializing in corporate, farm and rental income tax. He is a third-generation owner of M&J Tax Service in Pennsylvania. After obtaining his MBA, Messner became a professor at the University of Pittsburgh where he teaches cybersecurity, computer science and data analytics.

Morgan recently retired after 25 years with H&R Block and started her own practice, Puzzled By Taxes, LLC. Her prior careers as a USAF military police officer and as a police communications officer for the Bossier City Police give her a wide variety of experience that translates into tax issues.

Tom O'Saben, EA
O'Saben is the director of tax content and government relations at NATP. O’Saben has been working in the tax industry for more than 30 years, with more than 25 of those working as a tax preparer. Prior to his current position at NATP, O’Saben taught a variety of tax topics to NATP members across the country. O’Saben’s knowledge of the industry and implementation of tax law was also demonstrated when he worked as the assistant director of the Tax School program at the University of Illinois beginning in 2019.

Kelly Phillips Erb, JD, LLM
Phillips Erb is a tax attorney and writer, serving as Tax Counsel for White & Williams, LLP, where she focuses on tax law, including trusts, estates, and tax controversy. She writes tax analysis for Forbes and hosts the popular Taxgirl podcast. Her work has been featured by outlets like CNN Money, NPR, BBC, and the ABA Journal. A member of the Pennsylvania Bar, she frequently speaks on tax issues and has received various awards, including being named one of the 2022 Global Tax 50 by the International Tax Review.

Prioleau – widely known as Teddy The Tax Man™ – is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor, who has successfully run his practice for over 40 years! He has been a regular guest on Fox 45 Morning News in Baltimore for three decades to discuss retirement and tax issues that affect their families. Prioleau is also a regular guest on the Jeff Foxx Radio Show, offering retirement and small business strategies.

Reynolds has over 30 years of experience in various areas of taxation. He brings his every day “in the trenches” experience when assisting attendees with real issues affecting tax professionals. Reynolds started his tax career in San Diego after proudly serving in the United States Navy onboard the Guided Missile Destroyer USS Callaghan.

Jaye Tritz, EA, CFP®
Tritz holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and has recently retired from active tax practice. She was formerly a multi-unit franchise owner with H&R Block, having been twice honored as National Franchisee of the Year by that company. During her 31-year career as a tax preparer, she earned her Enrolled Agent (EA) designation in 1997 and became an NTPI Fellow in 2010. Jaye is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).

Josh Youngblood, EA, CTRS, CRETS, NTPI fellow
Youngblood is a senior tax advisor at The Youngblood Group in Dallas, Texas. He is an enrolled agent with over a decade of experience working with and representing individuals and small business taxpayers. He is a certified tax resolution specialist (CTRS), a certified real estate tax strategist (CRETS) and a National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) fellow.
