Daughtry is a co-owner of Affirmative Tax Relief in Mays Landing, New Jersey, where he works side by side with his wife who is also an enrolled agent. He enjoys spending much of his time mentoring enrolled agents and other tax professionals in representation and advocating for the taxpayer.

Justin D. Farmer, Esq., CBI
Farmer is the founder and president of Private Practice Transitions and works directly with clients who need strategic planning for acquisitions and succession planning. Farmer gained experience as a lawyer serving as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington. Farmer enjoys traveling, cycling, reading, listening to vinyl records and collecting Jordan shoes.

Sheri Fronsee, CPA
Fronsee has worked in both private industry and small tax offices, never quite figuring out which she preferred until she found NATP. Currently, she works for NATP as a member of the tax content team where she attempts to write as much creative “nonfiction” as possible.

Foos has nine years of tax preparation experience and is a partner of Foos Garvin Accounting, LLP in Ohio. With an educational foundation from Gonzaga and Golden Gate University, and an extensive background that includes roles at a hedge fund and in the Big 4, Ashley has built a formidable career. Kolodij is an enrolled Agent and real estatetax strategist who's specialized in real estate tax matters since 2014. In 2017, she founded Kolodij Tax & Consulting to work exclusively with taxpayers who have a focus on investing in real estate through various strategies.

Kelly Lent-Paul EA, CFP®, MBA
Lent-Paul has been preparing taxes since 1994 and has her BS from Cornell University and her MBA from St. Bonaventure University. She is an active member on the board of directors of several local non-profit organizations. She lives in Western New York with her husband Jim and yellow lab, Izzy.

Brad Messner, EA, MBA
Messner has over 25 years of experience specializing in corporate, farm and rental income tax. He is a third-generation owner of M&J Tax Service in Pennsylvania. After obtaining his MBA, Messner became a professor at Seton Hill University where he teaches cybersecurity, computer science and data analytics.

Matt Metras, EA
Metras is the owner of MDM Financial Services in Irondequoit, New York. He has been practicing since 2003 and specializes in bookkeeping and taxation for cryptocurrency clients. He is a frequent guest on the Bitcoin Taxes podcast, is a passionate community advocate and serves on his local board of education.

Kathryn Morgan, EA, USTCP
Morgan recently retired after 25 years with H&R Block and started her own practice, Puzzled By Taxes, LLC. Her prior careers as a USAF military police officer and as a police communications officer for the Bossier City Police give her a wide variety of experience that translates into tax issues.

Erik Oliver
Oliver holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Westminster College. Since heading west and joining Cost Segregation Authority, Oliver has been speaking at local, regional and national events. He brings with him a passion for identifying cost savings and educating CPAs and commercial real estate owners on the benefits of cost segregation.

David Podell
Podell started Business Benefits Consultants when he identified a niche space that was filled with complexity. Podell has been featured in FORBES, American Institute of CPA’s, CPA Practice Advisor and multiple small business journals. His firm provides an outsourced solution that allows those professionals to establish and manage these types of plans for their clients.

Allan “A.J.” Reynolds, EA
Reynolds has over 30 years of experience in various areas of taxation. He brings his every day “in the trenches” experience when assisting attendees with real issues affecting tax professionals. Reynolds started his tax career in San Diego after proudly serving in the United States Navy onboard the Guided Missile Destroyer USS Callaghan.

Dana Shibley
Shibley has been communicating about risk management since beginning his career with Royal Bank of Canada, where he worked with global institutions to hedge their interest rate risk and currency risk. Ultimately, this led to him becoming involved with information risk management. Shibley holds an MBA from The Wharton School.

Jaye Tritz, EA, CFP®
Tritz holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and is currently a multi-unit franchise owner with H&R Block in southeast Wisconsin. She is registered with the NASD, holding Series 6, 7 and 63 securities licenses. Her practice provides tax preparation, representation, business services and financial planning for approximately 3,700 clients.

Amy Wall, EA, MBA
Amy Wall is part tax-geek, part money-geek and part-science geek. With a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a second major in economics, as well as an MBA, she spent a good part of her life in the defense industry before electing to stop building bombs and make the move into tax world.
